At HappyDots.live, we provide access to digital educational tools, online whiteboard features, ESL learning content, and AI-powered learning assistants. As all our products and services are digital and delivered instantly, the following refund policy applies.

1. Digital Products Only

HappyDots.live offers digital products and online services only.

✓ No physical goods are sold, shipped, or returned.

2. Payment Processing

All payments on HappyDots.live are securely processed through WayForPay.

When making a purchase, you agree to WayForPay's payment terms and security procedures.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final.

We may consider a refund in exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Accidental repeated subscription charge
  • Technical issues that prevent the user from accessing the purchased digital service, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions (confirmed by WayForPay)

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • "I didn't like the product/service"
  • Not using the service
  • Inability to use the service due to user-side technical issues (device incompatibility, internet connection problems, outdated browser, etc.)

4. Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

✓ When you cancel, you will retain access until the end of the paid billing period.

✗ Cancellation does not trigger a refund for the period already paid.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the payment at:

6. Fraud & Abuse

HappyDots.live reserves the right to refuse refunds to users who:

  • File multiple refund requests
  • Abuse the platform
  • Misuse the refund policy to gain free access to paid services

7. Legal Compliance

This refund policy is created in accordance with Ukrainian digital commerce regulations and is compatible with WayForPay's Terms of Service.
